Description
In yoga, it is said that there are 8.4 million yoga asanas, but the most commonly practiced ones are considered to be 84 asanas. Now, within those, in my yoga journey, I realized that when someone is starting at a beginner level, all these asanas can be a bit difficult. So, from them, I have selected around 35 to 36 asanas that help beginners practice and support them in starting their yoga journey. So, in this book, I have included those yoga asanas that are easy for beginners to do, and they allow them to gain the full benefits of yoga.
